Iconogenic Elements™ — Terms of Use

These Terms are an agreement between you ("you") and Iconogenic ("we", "us"), operated by Katja de Bruijn. By unlocking or using Iconogenic Elements™ (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What you're getting

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to download and keep files from Iconogenic Elements™, according to the allowance shown at purchase. A standard access pass lasts 3 months and unlocks up to 300 downloads. Re-downloading a file you have already unlocked is free and never counts again. The license is tied to your Etsy order and is for your use only.

2. Access and verification

We confirm your purchase by checking your Etsy order number against our own records of paid orders from our Etsy shop. You agree to enter accurate order information. Access is granted by your order number alone — there is no account, password, or email sign-up.

3. Your license to use the files

You may use the files for personal and small commercial purposes — for example, as illustrative material to decorate commercial websites, blogs, social posts, books, courses, and similar, whether for yourself or for your clients. You may not share or resell the standalone files; the files are copyrighted and remain our property.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to share your order number, resell or redistribute access, attempt to bypass the verification or download limits, or use the App in any unlawful way. Misuse of any kind may result in access being suspended or revoked without refund.

5. Refunds

Downloaded products are non-refundable; any refund or cancellation questions are governed by our Etsy shop policies and Etsy's own policies, since your purchase was made on Etsy.

6. Service availability and disclaimer

DISCLAIMER: THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY ICONOGENIC (KATJA DE BRUIJN) (THE "APPLICATION DEVELOPER"). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.

The App is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it available and working, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
