Iconogenic Elements™ — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Iconogenic ("we", "us"), operated by Katja de Bruijn, collects when you use Iconogenic Elements™ (the "App"), and how we use it. If you have questions, contact us at katja@iconogenic.com.
What we collect
- Your Etsy order number. When you unlock the App, you enter the order number from your Etsy purchase. We use it to confirm that you have a valid, paid order for this product in our records, and to activate your access pass.
- Access and usage records. We store a record tied to your order number: your pass status, its expiry date, and how many downloads you have used. This lets the App enforce your access allowance (for example, up to 300 downloads).
- A session cookie. After we verify your order number, the App sets one strictly-functional session cookie so you stay unlocked while you browse and download. It holds only a signed reference to your pass — no personal data — and is not used for tracking or advertising.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the service running.
What we do not collect
We do not require your name, email address, or password to use the App. We do not receive your payment details — your payment is handled entirely by Etsy. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
How we confirm your order
To verify your purchase, we check your order number against our own records of paid orders from our Etsy shop, using Etsy's API. We use only the information needed to confirm your order and activate your pass. We do not access orders from any shop other than our own, and we do not store your name from the order.
How your information is stored
Access records are stored securely with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. We keep them for as long as your pass is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support and record-keeping.
Your choices
You can request that we delete your access record by contacting us at katja@iconogenic.com with your order number. We will delete it by hand. Note that deleting an active pass will end your access to the App.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
